7 Tips on Working at Your Computer

1.Monitor should be placed directly in front of you and centered.
2.Elbows should be at right angles to allow the wrists to be straight
3.Take regular breaks. E
4.Keyboard should be at a comfortable height where upper arm can relax,
5.Position work surface so that your feet rest flat on the floor
6.Get the CPU off of the desk. It should be within arm's reach if you need to insert a memory stick, CD or DVD,
7.Sitting on an unsuitable chair for extended periods of time is the fastest way toward back, neck, shoulder and other physical problems

All points which are posted here are very good and beneficial especially for computer beginners as well as other also who don't know about this. I liked 3rd point very much becasue rest is must instead of working on computer constantly.

All tips you mentioned are very necessary. This tips are helpful for them who does not know how to work proper in computer.I like 4th and 7th point much better than other.

It better be productive working on a workstation. This goes to the productivity of ergonomics, but working on the computer for long hours is enough tax on the mind, eyes, neck and shoulders, fingers and wrists.

2-Make sure your firewall is activated
3-Monitor your access points

5-Make your folders private

7-Consider completely removing sensitive data from your notebook PC

Here i give excellent guidelines about this. Keep track of should be placed immediately before side of you and primarily based. Hand should be at right aspects to allow the arms to be immediately. Take frequent smashes.
